1999-1990
1999
  • Invention Promotion Contribution Prize and Special Commendation given from the Japan Society for the Advancement of Inventions.
  • Made Moritex Europe Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moritex Corporation.
    • Established Moritex Koden Corp.
  • Opened office in Stockholm.(Moritex Scandinavia)
 
1998
  • Completed Yaita Factory.
  • Opened Yaita Factory and Tochigi Sales Office.
  • Held a commemoration party in cerebration of Yaita Factory's opening and the 25th anniversary of Moritex Corporation.
 
1997
  • Obtained production license to manufacture medical instrument according to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
  • Established KOLC Inc. in Yokohama
  • Listed stocks on the stock market of JASDAQ. (public offering of Moritex stock)
 
1996
  • Finalized an agreement with Yaita City, Tochigi Prefecture to build Moritex's new main factory.
  • Unified Kohoku Technical Center and Bio-Technical Center and moved it to a new and larger building at the Yokohama Technical Center in Yokohama City.
 
1995
  • Established an agreement with ETREMA PRODUCTS, INC. of the U.S. and created an ETREMA Project Team for marketing and application development of magnetostrictive rods and actuators.
  • Established Kanto Branch,Hiroshima Sales Office and Nagoya Sales Office.
  • Moved and expanded Kyoto Branch.
 
1994
  • Established a Bio-Technical Center in Kawasaki City.
  • Established Light Pipe Co., Ltd. in Hiroshima City.
 
1993
  • Commemoration Party was held in celebration of new headquarters building (Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) completion as well as the 20th anniversary.
  • Established a Technical Center in Yokohama City.
 
1992
  • Initiated a joint venture called Tohoku Moritex with Sendai Paper Board Company.
  • Acquired manufacturing and sales rights for Ajinomoto's sample preparation robot (LC-ROBO).
  • Opened Tsukuba Sales Office.
  • Started construction of the Zao Factory in Miyagi Prefecture.
 
1991
  • Opened Warehouse and Delivery Center at Tamagawa, Saitama.
 
1990
  • Moved and expanded Kyoto Branch.
  • Started a full production line for optical ball lens modules (WD lens module) at Tamagawa factory.
